A Life of Passion and Purpose
Frank spent his early years exploring life with youthful energy and occasional misdirection, but as a young adult, he developed a laser-sharp focus. This shift led him to take on major responsibilities, including caring for his mother after a traumatic brain injury. It was during this time that he found purpose and strength, especially through the loyal companionship of animals—laying the groundwork for a life rooted in compassion and impact.
At age 35, Frank received his autism diagnosis—a turning point that gave clarity to his life experiences. Rather than seeing it as a limitation, Frank embraced his neurodivergence, using it as a guide to shape his innovative and purpose-driven path forward.
Combining creativity and culinary skill, Frank launched Chef Frank Catering, offering custom event meals and gourmet dishes with a personal touch. From beach parties to crab boils, he brings heart and flavor to every table.
Through Critters4Service, Frank trains service dogs for children with autism, individuals with disabilities, and veterans. His approach prioritizes deep bonding and task-based training to create service animals that transform lives through independence and companionship.
Building on the foundation of Critters4Service, Harbor Kennels offers a professional training environment where other handlers and trainers can work with their service animals. This stable, supportive facility extends Frank's commitment to service dog excellence beyond his own animals, creating a community space dedicated to fostering partnerships between handlers and their gifted companions.
Frank's love for technology and visual storytelling sparked the launch of Bigfoot Computers and Photography—a venture offering tech support, creative digital solutions, and nature-inspired photography that captures the world from a unique perspective.
With Flying Bigfoot Videos, Frank shares stories, educational content, and adventures through engaging video productions. Whether it's showcasing service dog work or exploring the Oregon coast, his videos reflect his sense of wonder and humor.
Frank developed Yeti Products, a line of up to 13 health-conscious cannabis creations. Focused on organic, wellness-based formulas, these products were crafted to support healing and alternative health needs with care and integrity.
Dedicated to service dog advocacy and public education, Frank founded SafTDog to provide workshops, safety resources, and training guidance. His mission is to build understanding and respect for service dogs and their handlers within the broader community.
